PROS / Terez Blink Tall Band Legging is made with the sleek polyester and spandex blend fabric that is four-way stretch, breathable, moisture wicking and fast dry. The medium compression material gives moderate muscles support, perfect for  yoga and gym workouts.  

​CONS / The 3" wide elastic waistband doesn't stay up. It slides down with movement. Also, it is lower rise than I prefer and felt short on the coverage and support around the waist.

BOTTOM LINE / Terez Blink Tall Band Legging ​​covers performance needs for yoga and other activities. The fabric is four-way stretch, moisture wicking and fast dry. It gives a flattering look. However, the 3" encased elastic band doesn't work for me. Not only does it slide down, but it also lacks of the support needed for the midsection.

Details of Terez Blink Tall Band Legging -

This is my second time trying Terez leggings. The first pair, Terez Aztec Tapestry Capri Legging, did not work for me because the thin elastic band caused discomfort and lacked of coverage. Since I've never tried tall band style leggings, I had high hopes for Terez Blink Tall Band Legging. It seems to offer better coverage than thin waistbands. Let's find out whether Terez Blink Tall Band Legging works and suits for my needs.

1. Size – It is true to size. The XS fits well on me. I am Lululemon size 4.

2. Style – Tall band, full length legging.

3. Inseam – 28.5" long. There is extra fabric gathering around my ankle (I am 5'2").

4. Front Rise – 9.5" long.

​5. Waistband –  3" wide encased elastic band.

​​6. Fabric – 80% Polyester and 20% Spandex. 

7. Design for – Any activity from yoga to gym workouts.

​8. Cost – Retail price is $82 and I paid $65.6 (20% off) + tax from Shopbop.​

9. Stitch Seam – Flatlocking seams.

10. Crotch Seam​ – Lined trianlge shaped gusset.

​Performance - 
Terez Blink Tall Band Legging covers the needs for yoga and gym workouts. The material is sleek, four-way stretch, and moisture wicking. With the lightweight and fast dry fabric, it works great for high sweat activities including hot yoga. The legging is medium compression. It provides good amount of muscles support needed for HIIT while it isn't too tight for yoga.

Quality - 
The fabric is soft and durable. There is no sign of pilling and color fading after few washes. The legging is constructed with flatlocking seams and there is a lined gusset. Most importantly, it is 100% opaque. I don't have anything to complain about its quality . 

Fit - 
It is true to size and the XS fits me well except for the waist. The tall band is loose on me and it keeps sliding down. I constantly pull the waistband up. Unfortunately, the tall band doesn't provide better support and coverage than the  thin elastic band. Well... At least, it doesn't show the muffin top.

Unlike Terez Aztec Tapestry Capri Legging, which flattens my butt, Terez Blink Tall Band Legging enhances body curvatures and lifts the bum. It is more flattering than I expected. 

Comfort - 
I've never tried any legging with a wide elastic band (tall band) and this is my first pair. Surprisingly, it is more comfortable than I thought and it doesn't dig into the skin. That said, the flat waist is still my favorite. I like how the fabric is soft, lightweight and breathable. It's definitely a comfortable piece to wear for any activity.

Terez Blink Tall Band Legging is a high performance legging. It is four-way stretch, moisture wicking and fast dry. The lightweight fabric is soft and breathable, suitable for yoga and high sweat workouts. Although the legging gives a flattering look, the tall band does not stay put. Thus, it felt short on the coverage and support for the midsection, which makes the legging less than perfect.
