PROS / Made with the ultra soft fabric, Colorfulkoala High Waisted Patterned Legging is four-way stretch, moisture wicking and fast dry. The comfortable fit along with the silky soft material gives a next-to-nothing sensation (similar to Lululemon Nulu fabric) and the high waistband keeps my tummy tucked in.
CONS / Lint balls forms when rubbing the fabric back and forth with my hands (not the same as pilling). The 29" inseam is too long for my height. BOTTOM LINE / Colorfulkoala High Waisted Patterned Legging is one of the best budget friendly yoga pants. Its performance, quality, fit and comfort are above average and exceeds my expectations. The legging brings me comfort and confident in my practice. For under $30, it has me covered in yoga and more. Overall Rating - 9.8 / 10 PROS / Constantly Varied Gear Sangria Legging offers everything I need at the gym. The high compression fabric provides tons of muscles support, no jiggly thighs and butts when jumping. The high waistband offers great coverage and keeps the belly tucked in. Two large side pockets are the most thoughtful design and they fit all my essentials including an iPhone 8 plus. CONS / The color is pretty; however, it doesn't completely mask sweat stains. It wasn't bad after my workout, but I saw few spots along hip creases (barely noticeable). Due to the high compression fabric, I don't recommend it for yoga. BOTTOM LINE / Constantly Varied Gear Sangria Legging is my new favorite workout pant. The color is super cute and it covers all performance needs for HIIT, Tababa and more. The high compression fabric with additional side seams tightly hug the body in and well support muscles during my workout. There is nothing I dislike the legging other than it being a tad too long. Is Just Doing Yoga Enough? Maybe? Maybe not! It all depends on what your bodies need and what your goals are. Personally, I don't believe in "one size fits all." Doing just one type of exercise is not enough. Think about it this way. A healthy and well balanced nutritious diet includes six main food groups. We don't eat just one or two food groups, neither should we be doing one kind of workout. Runners and hikers have strong legs, but they tend to have tight hips and quads. Dancers and yogis are known for their flexibilities or excess range of motion, but they don't lift weight to strengthen muscles. Yoga is my main exercise (asana portion of it), and I find cardio workouts and strength trainings compliment it well. Diversifying the workout gives me a more balanced fitness regimen. Top: Niyama Sol X-Back Bra, Black, S (true to size).
Bottom: Niyama Sol Mocha Diamondback Barefoot Legging, S (runs small). Don't be surprised. This week's review is not yoga pants but jeans. It is the stretchiest jeans I've ever worn, reDEW8 Örn Denim Jeans. Believe or not, its elasticity is on a par with leggings. I don't think there are many jeans in the market that will allow me to do a full split, but reDEW8 Örn Denim Jeans do.
