PROS / Zella Essence Seamless High Waist Ankle Legging is four way stretch and breathable. It provides the comfort and support needed for various activities from yoga to high impact workouts. The body-mapped perforations keep me cool during exercises. Moreover, the legging flatters body curvatures very well.

​CONS / The material is on the thicker side for my taste and it is not as soft as Sweaty Betty Prism Seamless Legging. In addition, the waistband stretches out over time. 

BOTTOM LINE / Zella Essence Seamless High Waist Ankle Legging is a reasonably priced legging that offers great quality and performance. It covers basic needs for yoga and gym workouts, such as four-way stretch, breathability and muscles support. It also creates a flattering look. 

PROS / The soft fabric along with the seamless construction makes Sweaty Betty Prism Seamless Legging comfortable to wear both on and off the mat. It is four-way stretch, sweat wicking and quick dry. Not only is the open and intricate mesh design stylish, but it also creates a leggy look.

CONS / The legging is see-through when wearing a dark color underwear. It is not designed for petite women. The front rise and inseam are too long for me. The smallest size, small, can be too big for those in size XXS or Lululemon size 2. 

BOTTOM LINE / Sweaty Betty Prism Seamless Legging covers almost all the needs for yoga if it wasn't see-through. Despite the cute mesh detail that creates a leggy look, it is not a great fit for petite women due to the long rise and inseam. 

PROS / Avocado Vintage Easy Rider Legging is a stylish and comfortable legging. The medium compression fabric is thick and perfect for winter wear (California winter). The super high waistband is pinch-free and provides great comfort, coverage and support.

CONS / I was disappointed by its quality. After two washes and wears, there is pilling in the crotch and butt area. The heavyweight fabric does not work for high sweaty workouts including my yoga practice (heated room at ~80 degree Fahrenheit).

BOTTOM LINE / Avocado Vintage Easy Rider Legging is breathable and four-way stretch. It's a great legging for gentle and restorative yoga as well as daily wear. It gives a flattering look and provides coverage for the mid section; however, it fall short on the quality. After  two washes, there is noticeable pilling. 

PROS / Alala Seamless Tight features a comfy no-seam construction and a pinch-free flat waistband. The Nylon / Lycra blend material is soft, four-way stretch, breathable and moisture wicking. 

CONS / Panty lines can be visible unless wearing a seamless underwear, a common downside of seamless leggings.

BOTTOM LINE / Alala Seamless Tight is perfect for any exercise from yoga to gym workout and running. The seamless construction and flat waistband make the legging super comfortable for daily wear. One downfall is the VPL. Wearing the seamless underwear is a must.
