Fashion trends come and go (and come and go), but there are some things that will never go out of style. One of them is the timeless animal print. Animal print leggings are more popular this season than ever. You can find their traces everywhere. Among them, Leopard has to be the most often seen print. In addition to that, cheetah, python / snake and zebra prints are also well liked. To prove how popular animal print leggings are this season, I list 21 pairs from brands I like and / or follow closely here. Even though I don't own most leggings I share today, I hope to shed some light of them based on my experiences of the brands.
Note: The list below is based on the alphabetical order of the brand.
First off, Athleta Leopard Elation Ultra High Rise Tight in Powervita. This is the first and the only (so far) animal print legging I purchased (kept) this season. Stay tune for the upcoming review!

PROS / Terez Black Cheetah Foil Tall Band Legging is unique and stylish. The cheetah foil printing is subtle but not boring. The fabric is sleek and soft. I don't mind the 3" elastic band as it stays put with movement and keeps everything tucked in.
CONS / The fabric is not stretchy enough for big movement, especially the foil printing. Although I can put the pant on, I can't wear it to yoga.
BOTTOM LINE / I own few pairs of Terez leggings, but Terez Black Cheetah Foil Tall Band Legging is by far the most disappointed pair. Regardless how flattering the legging is and how well it hides the muffin top, it can't be worn for workouts due to the poor elasticity.

PROS / Terez Blink Tall Band Legging is made with the sleek polyester and spandex blend fabric that is four-way stretch, breathable, moisture wicking and fast dry. The medium compression material gives moderate muscles support, perfect for yoga and gym workouts.
CONS / The 3" wide elastic waistband doesn't stay up. It slides down with movement. Also, it is lower rise than I prefer and felt short on the coverage and support around the waist.
BOTTOM LINE / Terez Blink Tall Band Legging covers performance needs for yoga and other activities. The fabric is four-way stretch, moisture wicking and fast dry. It gives a flattering look. However, the 3" encased elastic band doesn't work for me. Not only does it slide down, but it also lacks of the support needed for the midsection.
All a sudden, glitter, glossy and shiny leggings has become one of the most trendy design elements. Nearly all leading athleisure brands sell such Christmassy leggings this year, including Athleta, Beyond Yoga, Lululemon, etc. It is tempting to steal few pairs for myself.
Here I list five of my personal favorites. Some of them are in my shopping cart, while others are already in my closet, the Yogini's Closet.
Luminosity Foil Print Black Silver
It was a surprise, good surprise, to me when seeing Lululemon released this legging. It doesn't strike me as the style from Lululemon. The legging is made with Full-On Luxtreme fabric, which works great for yoga and high impact workouts. Believe or not, this legging is so popular that most of sizes have sold out online within days. Lucky enough, I was able to grab one from the local store. That means, the review will be coming soon. The legging is prettier and not as silvery in person. It has perfect amount of the sparkle on it.
