PROS / 90 Degree by Reflex Star Printed High Waist Ankle Legging covers most performance needs for yoga. The Interlink fabric is four-way stretch and medium low compression. It is lightweight and breathable, which helps me to stay cool from the sweaty practice.
CONS / The legging doesn't give a flattering fit. Not only doesn't it sculpt the butt, but the waistband also digs in to the skin. The fabric does not hide sweat stains.
BOTTOM LINE / Unfortunately, 90 Degree by Reflex Star Printed High Waist Ankle Legging doesn't work for me. Although it covers basic needs for yoga, it fall short on the fit and the comfort. The Interlink fabric is four-way stretch and breathable, but it is rougher than most athletic fabrics I've tried (I am used to the silk soft and naked sensentaion materials).
PROS / Made with the sleek, medium compression fabric (similar to Lululemon Nulux), CRZ YOGA Naked Feeling High Waist Legging - 25 Inches is great for both yoga and gym workouts. It is stretchy, breathable, sweat wicking and fast dry. I like how the high waist keeps everything tucked in and the elastic-free design doesn't pinch the skin.
CONS / The fabric isn't cut perfectly resulting in triangle pieces hanging along the seam on the inside of the legging. The good news is that there is no impact on its appearance, fit and performance.
BOTTOM LINE / CRZ YOGA Naked Feeling High Waist Legging is a great dupe of Lululemon WU HR Tight Nulux. For $24, it provides literally everything I need for various exercises, including asana practice, HIIT and weight lifting. Moreover, it keeps my belly tucked in and gives a flattering fit.
PROS / Made with the medium high compression fabric, Yvette Shift Light High Waist High Support Legging is soft, four-way stretch, fast dry and sweat wicking. The high waist provides tons of coverage and support. Furthermore, the legging gives a flattering fit and it is budget friendly.
CONS / The legging shows sweat stains. The bonded waistband is on the stiffer side. Although it is fine for high impact workouts, it makes me feel restricted in yoga.
BOTTOM LINE / For $22, Yvette Shift Light High Waist High Support Legging covers everything I need for working out, including muscles support. The bonded waistband keeps the tummy tucked in, but it is stiffer than the typical elastic-free waistband. If showing sweat stains bothers you, get a black pair instead.
PROS / Made with the ultra soft fabric, Colorfulkoala High Waisted Patterned Legging is four-way stretch, moisture wicking and fast dry. The comfortable fit along with the silky soft material gives a next-to-nothing sensation (similar to Lululemon Nulu fabric) and the high waistband keeps my tummy tucked in.
CONS / Lint balls forms when rubbing the fabric back and forth with my hands (not the same as pilling). The 29" inseam is too long for my height.
BOTTOM LINE / Colorfulkoala High Waisted Patterned Legging is one of the best budget friendly yoga pants. Its performance, quality, fit and comfort are above average and exceeds my expectations. The legging brings me comfort and confident in my practice. For under $30, it has me covered in yoga and more.
Overall Rating - 9.5 / 10
PROS / Yvette Shift Light Legging in Purple is one of the most comfortable leggings I've ever worn. The exceptionally soft fabric is lightweight, stretchy, breathable, fast dry and sweat wicking. The flat waistband stays put with movement and provides great coverage. Moreover, the legging sculpts the lower body very well.
CONS / The legging shows VPL (visible panty lines) due to the lightweight / thin fabric. Wearing a seamless underwear is a must. Just like most non-black plain leggings, it shows sweat stains, especially by the hip crease and sacrum areas.
BOTTOM LINE / I highly recommend Yvette Shift Light Legging to everyone who is looking for THE perfect yoga legging. It offers all performance needs as well as the comfortable and flattering fit. Most importantly, it is budget friendly. While there are so many things to like about this legging, it is prone to show panty lines and sweat stains.
