PROS / Track & Bliss Into the Moonlight legging is made with the slimming control jacquard fabric, which is high compression and great for muscle support. The scalloped neoprene waistband makes it comfortable to wear and stays put throughout exercises.

CONS / The leopard-jacquard fabric is too thick for me and the breathability is so so. There is no gusset and flat locking seams aren't used on inseams.

BOTTOM LINE / Track & Bliss Into the Moonlight legging is great for gym workouts. The thick compression fabric gives a slimming look. As a medium rise legging, the scalloped neoprene waistband provides great support. It costs slightly more than other comparable leggings, ~5% more than Lululemon Wunder Under Pant.

Track & Bliss was launched in 2015 by Luciana Scarabello, the founder and designer of the company. In 2011, Luciana participated Fashion Star TV show on NBC network, which was aired nationally in 2012. Throughout the competition, she successfully created and sold the garments to three of American's largest retailers, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's and H&M. After the shooting, Luciana went through anxiety disorder and panic attacks due to the amount of stress and pressure she put on herself to pursue her dreams in the fashion industry. Then she decided to change her lifestyle in order to get better. She started working out, practicing yoga, eating healthier and bringing attention to the inner self. The changes brought her new ideas of merging fashion and healthy lifestyle in life and creating a line that inspires women to be happy.

Track & Bliss is trendy and fashion forward. The collection is designed for yoga, barre, spinning, running, just about any activity. It is a high-fashion mixed with high-performance activewear that corresponds to modern women's needs: functional pieces without sacrificing the style and comfort.

YOGINI'S CLOSET UNFOLD -
Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Legging Review

Yoginis Closet Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Yoga Legging Review
I actually ordered Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Legging last Oct from Revolve in addition to the matching bra, Sweet Escape Sports Bra. I bought two sizes, XS and S, for the leggings and sports bras. I ended up returning all of them. The leggings fitted me weird. Both sizes fitted odd and neither did them flatter my body.  As to the bra, I didn't remember the fit. I returned them because there were no removable pads.

Ten months passed, although the legging didn't fit me right, I still had my eyes on it because the scalloped waistband was too cute to pass. Couple weeks ago, when I was shopping at Anthropologie, I saw this legging on the sale rack. I couldn't resist to try it on again. Since there was no small left in store, I grabbed the XS to try. This time, I fell in love with it. I loved the style, the fit and the leopard jacquard fabric. I had no idea why XS fitted and hugged me so well now.

That said, let me UNFOLD this week's Yogini's Closet, Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Legging.
Yoginis Closet Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Yoga Legging Review
1. Size – I wear an XS, which is my normal size. According to the size guide, I am between XS and small, but XS fits me perfectly. I wear Lululemon size 4.

2. Style – Full length legging.

3. Inseam – 27.5" long. There are some excess fabric bunching around my ankle, which is just enough to wear it over the heals (I am 5'2).

4. Front Rise  – 9" medium rise. The waistband sits about 1" below the navel.

5. Waistband – 3.25" scalloped neoprene waistband. It is by far one of my favorite waistband designs. It is not wide nor is it high rise, but it stays up and provides all the support and coverage I need.

6. Fabric – 79% Nylon and 21% Spandex. It is a high compression thick leopard-jacquard fabric. Although it is moisture wicking, the breathability is so so.

7. Design for – The legging is more suitable for high intensity workouts than yoga due to the high compression fabric. Also, the fabric is thick, I don't dare to wear it to yoga, especially to the heated class. well, this is my personal preference. I am sure some people may find it just fine for  heated yoga.

8. Cost – Retail price $103. I bought it on sale at Anthropologie for $48.96 + tax. Unfortunately, it is completely sold out there. I've provided list of stores where you can purchase this legging from in the Where to Buy section below.
9. Stitch Seam –  Flat locking seams except for inseams, which leave the marks on my inner thighs.

10. Crotch Seam – No gusset.

It's quite a surprise to me that there is no gusset and flat locking seams are not used on inseams. For a such high end and high price brand, these are basics and expected.

Yoginis Closet Track & Bliss Into The Moonlight Yoga Legging Review
Overall, I am happy with Track & Bliss Into the Moonlight legging. I don't think it's a good candidate for yoga, but it's a keeper for high intensity gym workouts. Although it is not a high waist legging, the scalloped neoprene waistband provides great support and coverage. Normally, mid rise leggings do not hide the muffin top well, but it is not the case here. In addition, it doesn't pinch or dig into the waist. The high compression fabric gives incredible slim look. You can never go wrong with black color, while the subtle leopard pattern gives the legging a more interesting look. Besides the outstanding fit and style, the Moonlight legging also performs well. It is sweat wicking, high compression for muscle support and stretchy for ease of movement. I wish it is made with a lighter weight fabric as it is too thick for heated yoga classes in my opinion. Regardless how much I like this legging, I don't think it is worth $103 because some details are missing, i.e., flat locking seams and gusset. For the price I paid, $48.96, it is definitely a good buy.
