Noli Yoga Ballerina Legging, Dharma Yoga Wheel, Kapotasana Pose
I felt pretty good about myself this morning, besides that fact that I almost didn't make it to the Mysore room. I stopped the alarm when I was supposed to wake up instead of snoozing it. By the time I woke up, 20 minutes has passed. Anyway, I made it to the class.

I dropped 16:8 diet plan and did 12:12 instead, which actually worked out pretty well for me. I didn't get hungry during my practice, and was able to focus on my breath and the movement. I was given a new pose, Kapotasana, today. I knew this pose and have seen many yogis doing it in the room, but it was my first time doing Kapotasana. I was excited and worried at the same time. It is not an easy pose, which requires opening shoulders, backs, strong quads, etc. My teacher slowly helped me to get into the pose. And yes, it was a very deep back bend as expected but not prepared for it.

What I like so much about yoga is that I always find things new to learn and to work on even for the same pose. Every practice is different. It shifts with the condition of the body and mind. It's amazing so find such deep and truly connection with my own body.
